Alpha Vibration and Balancing was founded in 2005 by owner and senior analyst Ray Buller, who was a previous 12 year analyst for the pulp and paper industry. Currently a primary contractor to North Point Technical Services. Specializing in industrial/ commercial rotating equipment for over 13 years.

Jeff is a certified ASNT Vibration Analyst and has 12 years in the industry. Currently involved in many aspects of the trade including balancing, data collection, analysis/reporting and sales.

Ray Buller

Owner/Senior Analyst

Ray is a Journeyman Millwright and level 3 Vibration Analyst. Ray has been in the vibration industry for over 25 years, lending to his extensive experience and knowledge in industrial applications.  

Paul Ambros

Mechanic/Data Collector

Paul has been with the company for 7 years. As a Journeyman Mechanic he possesses the necessary knowledge to assess the operating conditions on a verity of process equipment, this is critical to a successful predictive maintenance program.
